Scholarships

The Preston Bell Foundation provides scholarships to support women pursuing education and careers in healthcare. Our goal is to help reduce financial barriers and encourage the next generation of women entering healthcare professions.

Scholarships are awarded twice each year.

The current application period is now open and will close on May 31, 2026.
Applications will be reviewed in June 2026, and scholarship recipients will be announced on July 1, 2026.

Bi-Annual Scholarship Application Schedule

Round 1 – Fall

Round 2 – Winter

  • Application Opens: September 1

  • Application Deadline: November 30

  • Review Period: December

  • Award Announcement: January 1

Eligibility Requirements:

Preston Bell Foundation assistance is available to women seeking support for health and well-being needs and to women pursuing education or training in healthcare-related fields. Applicants must reside in communities served by the Preston Bell Foundation and submit a complete application to be considered.

All assistance is awarded based on application review and availability of funds.

Application Process:

Applicants must complete and submit the official Preston Bell Foundation application during the designated application period. Applications are reviewed to determine eligibility and alignment with program guidelines.

Funding Availability:

Funding amounts may vary depending on the program and the availability of funds at the time of application. Submission of an application does not guarantee that assistance will be awarded.

Notification of Awards:

Applicants will be notified of funding decisions after the review period for each application cycle.
